Who owns my case?
Genesys Voyage maintains full clinical and legal ownership of your journey. Unlike referral marketplaces that hand off leads to hospitals, your dedicated Care Manager stays with you from the first medical file review until 90 days after you return home.
What happens to my records?
We utilize a closed-loop, encrypted health data environment. Your records are never sold or shared with commercial third parties; they are used strictly for clinical assessment by our board-certified specialists and your chosen hospital.
How are you compensated?
We operate on a transparent coordination fee structure. We do not accept 'referral kickbacks' that inflate your bill. Our revenue is tied to the successful delivery of your care package, ensuring our interests align with your recovery.
What is fixed price?
Our 'Treatment Architecture' includes a pre-audited quote covering surgery, standard stay, and complication buffers. Unless a major clinical deviation occurs—which is always reviewed with you first—the price quoted is the total price paid.
Show patient outcomes
We track post-discharge health status for 90 days across all patient cohorts. We prioritize hospitals based on their specific success rates for your condition (e.g., CABG success or IVF live birth rates) rather than generic marketing claims.
Which hospitals you avoid?
We actively exclude facilities with inconsistent accreditation, poor infection control data, or those that prioritize high-volume 'medical tourism' over individualized clinical care. We only work with JCI and NABH gold-standard hubs.
Will you tell if this isn’t right?
Absolutely. Our first clinical review determines if medical travel is appropriate for you. If a local treatment route or a non-surgical alternative is safer for your condition, we will tell you directly, even if it means no transaction occurs.
