Genesys Voyage maintains a transparent refund policy. Refund eligibility depends on the nature of services and stage of service delivery.

The following services are generally non-refundable: completed consultations, confirmed hospital bookings, travel reservations, and visa processing services.

Refunds may be evaluated in cases such as visa rejection (with documentation), medical ineligibility determined by doctors, or cancellation before service initiation.

Treatment costs billed by hospitals are governed by hospital policies. The Company is not responsible for hospital refund procedures.
