Rules and guidelines for using our services

1. Nature of Services

Genesys Voyage Private Limited operates as a medical tourism facilitator and healthcare coordination company based in India. The Company assists international patients in identifying and accessing healthcare services provided by independent hospitals, physicians, and healthcare providers in India.

Services provided by the Company may include but are not limited to:

  • Coordination with hospitals and medical specialists
  • Scheduling of consultations and treatments
  • Teleconsultation coordination
  • Travel assistance and medical visa guidance
  • Accommodation arrangements
  • Airport transfers and local logistics
  • Language interpretation assistance
  • Post-treatment recovery planning
  • Wellness and rehabilitation program coordination

The Company acts solely as an intermediary or facilitator between patients and healthcare providers. The Company does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services. All medical services are delivered exclusively by licensed hospitals and medical professionals.

2. Independent Healthcare Providers

All hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare providers featured on the website operate independently of the Company. The Company:

  • does not own or operate any hospital or clinic
  • does not employ doctors or surgeons
  • does not control medical decisions or treatment plans
  • does not guarantee treatment outcomes

Patients enter into separate contractual agreements directly with the hospital or healthcare provider delivering the treatment. Medical decisions are made solely between the patient and the treating healthcare provider.

3. No Guarantee of Medical Outcome

Medical procedures inherently involve risks and outcomes that cannot be guaranteed. The Company does not guarantee medical results, treatment success, complication-free procedures, recovery timelines, or accuracy of diagnosis.

Treatment outcomes depend on several factors including the patient’s medical condition, the treating physician, individual health factors, and post-treatment compliance. By using our services, the patient acknowledges and accepts these uncertainties.

4. Use of Website Information

The information provided on this website is intended for general informational purposes only. While the Company attempts to provide accurate and current information regarding treatments, procedures, hospitals, doctors, and cost estimates, such information should not be interpreted as medical advice.

Patients must consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical evaluation and treatment recommendations. The Company shall not be liable for decisions made based on website information.

5. Patient Responsibilities

Patients using our services agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete medical history and documentation.
  • Disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, and previous treatments.
  • Follow all medical instructions provided by healthcare providers.
  • Obtain valid travel documents, passports, and medical visas.
  • Maintain adequate travel and medical insurance where applicable.
  • Comply with all hospital policies and legal requirements in India.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in cancellation of services or complications during treatment. The Company shall not be responsible for consequences arising from incomplete or inaccurate medical disclosures.

6. International Travel Risks

Medical tourism involves international travel and exposure to foreign healthcare systems. Patients acknowledge risks including but not limited to travel delays, visa rejection, flight cancellations, medical complications abroad, unexpected hospitalizations, or travel restrictions. The Company shall not be responsible for travel disruptions or governmental decisions affecting travel.

7. Medical Visa Assistance

The Company may provide assistance or guidance in obtaining an Indian Medical Visa (M-Visa). However:

  • visa issuance is solely at the discretion of government authorities
  • the Company cannot guarantee visa approval
  • the Company is not responsible for delays or rejection of visa applications

Patients remain responsible for submitting accurate visa documentation.

8. Payments and Financial Terms

Costs associated with medical tourism may include hospital treatment costs, consultation fees, facilitation or coordination fees, travel expenses, accommodation charges, visa processing expenses, diagnostic tests, and rehabilitation services.

Unless otherwise specified, hospital treatment payments are made directly to the hospital and service fees may be payable to the Company. All cost estimates provided are indicative and subject to change based on medical evaluation.

9. Cancellation Policy

Patients may cancel services prior to treatment. However, cancellation may result in forfeiture of consultation fees, non-refundable travel bookings, or administrative charges. Certain services once rendered cannot be reversed.

The Company reserves the right to cancel services if false medical information is provided, patient behavior is abusive or unlawful, or treatment becomes medically unsuitable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for medical negligence by healthcare providers, surgical complications, treatment outcomes, hospital errors, medication side effects, post-treatment complications, or death or disability arising from medical procedures.

The Company’s role is strictly limited to facilitation and coordination. Under no circumstances shall the Company’s liability exceed the service fee paid to the Company.

11. Indemnification

By using our services, patients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, partners, and agents against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from medical treatment outcomes, disputes with hospitals, inaccurate patient information, or misuse of services.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, logos, graphics, branding, and website design is the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is prohibited.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from use of the website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India.
